LightPaintingTools.com is a small company located in Plano, Texas, USA. But even though we are small, we strive to deliver the best service around!
All of our Light Painting tools are custom made by hand at the time of order and each tool takes some time to make, so please allow time (2 to 3 weeks) for creation of your custom Light Painting Tool before shipping. Some items may take longer if parts are not in stock to create the item and must be ordered. Also, this is side business for me at the moment and I also have a full time job but I will work to you get your order to you as soon as possible. You will be notified by email at the time your order is shipped. We are constantly working to shorten the time frame that it takes to create these special light tools but it does still take some time.
A note regarding cosmetics. Although we try to make our tools look nice, the main goal is functionality and durability. Most of our tools have been painted with a light layer of flat black paint to reduce the possibility of light being reflected off the tool during use. However, paint does not stick well to plastic and there is a possibility of chipping or flaking of the paint during normal use. This will not affect the functionality of the tool and should be of no concern. We continue to try different coatings to find a good combination of durability with finish but please keep this in mind when using your custom made Light Tool.
All sales are final with no guarantee or warranty offered. All of our products are tested before shipping but if you should receive a defective or non-working product, simply ship it back to us and we will send a replacement to you.
